Apartment Interior Styling

Cookillage is an apartment interior styling project located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district. Designed as a calm and immersive urban retreat, the apartment combines Mediterranean influences, soft minimalism, and playful details inspired by summer, travel, and everyday comfort.
Conceived for a young woman deeply connected to the atmosphere of the beach, the project was imagined as a sensory journey through textures, curves, natural light, and warm colors. Every element of the apartment interior was designed to evoke the feeling of sunshine, sea air, and slow Mediterranean living.
Terracotta and beige tones became the foundation of the styling concept, inspired by sunsets, sand, and coastal landscapes. Curved lines, soft materials, and organic shapes were integrated throughout the apartment to create fluidity and a relaxed atmosphere inside the space.
Minimalism and detail played an essential role in the project. The objective was not only to create a beautiful apartment, but also to design a home that reflected the client’s personality and lifestyle in a subtle and emotional way.
The apartment layout was carefully adapted to daily living and social interaction. Since the client enjoys hosting dinners and spending time with friends, the kitchen was designed as an open and connected space flowing naturally into the living area. The result is a bright and spacious environment created for shared moments, conversations, and long evenings with friends.
A dedicated workspace was also integrated into the apartment through custom-made furniture combining storage solutions and a functional home office area. This allowed the space to remain visually calm and uncluttered while adapting to the client’s remote working lifestyle.
An additional layer of softness was introduced through the design of the baby room, conceived as a peaceful and comforting extension of the apartment’s Mediterranean atmosphere.
Throughout the project, every detail — from materials and colors to furniture and circulation — was carefully selected to maintain harmony, warmth, and visual simplicity.
Cookillage reflects INSAYN’s approach to apartment interior styling: creating expressive living spaces that feel personal, timeless, and emotionally connected to everyday life in Barcelona.
