Privacy and Data Protection
INSAYNDESIGN, as responsible for insayndesign.com and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-EC), has implemented the technical and organisational policies, means and procedures necessary to ensure and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data of its users.
These data will be processed in files duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
In the event that the data provided by the User are necessary for the INSAYNDESIGN team to respond to queries, provide information requested by the User, perform any provision of services and/or products contracted or subscribed by the User, provide access to certain functionalities of insayndesign.com, or carry out the activities of INSAYNDESIGN described herein, INSAYNDESIGN will inform the User of this obligation, indicating which data are required.
By indicating, facilitating or entering such data, and in accordance with Article 6 of L.O.P.D., the User gives unequivocal consent to INSAYNDESIGN to process the data provided for the above purposes.
The entity responsible for the database, as well as those who intervene at any stage of the processing and/or the entities to whom the data have been communicated, where appropriate and under the corresponding authorisation granted by the User, are obliged to observe professional secrecy and to adopt the levels of protection and the necessary technical and organisational measures available to ensure the security of personal data.
These measures are intended to avoid, as far as possible, unauthorised access, unlawful modifications, theft and/or loss of data, in order to provide the corresponding level of security to the INSAYNDESIGN files, according to the nature and sensitivity of the data provided by the users of insayndesign.com. In addition, INSAYNDESIGN undertakes to implement the appropriate security measures in accordance with the Measures Regulations of R.D. 1720/2007.
Users have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition recognised by the Organic Law on Data Protection and, where applicable, the right to revoke at any time the consent given to the receipt of commercial communications by sending an email to hello@insayndesign.com or by letter to Carrer de Joaquin Costa 59, 2º 2ª, 08001 Barcelona.

The User acknowledges and accepts that all industrial and intellectual property rights over the contents and/or any other elements inserted by INSAYNDESIGN in this Website belong to INSAYNDESIGN and/or to third parties to whom they have transferred their rights.
This includes, but is not limited to, all elements that make up the visual appearance, graphic image and other sensory stimuli of insayndesign.com or its “look and feel”: brands, logos, trade names, texts, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, flow diagrams, presentation, navigation architecture and source codes of web pages.
For such purposes, the Website shall be understood as all creations incorporated and expressed by INSAYNDESIGN by any means and/or tangible or intangible support, known or to be known, which are protected by the provisions of existing intellectual and industrial property laws.
In no case does access to insayndesign.com imply any permission, waiver, transmission, licence or total or partial assignment of such rights by their owners, unless expressly stated otherwise.
These terms and conditions of use of insayndesign.com do not confer on Users any right of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the Website and/or its contents other than those expressly provided herein.
The use of such elements, their total or partial reproduction, communication and/or distribution for commercial or lucrative purposes, as well as their modification, alteration, decompilation and/or any other act of exploitation of insayndesign.com, is not permitted.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, if the User or a third party believes that any content of insayndesign.com could infringe intellectual and industrial property rights, please inform us as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@insayndesign.com.
