Modern Apartment Design

CO.SEA is a modern apartment design project inspired by the emotional connection between home, light, and the sea. Conceived as an immersive living environment, the project reflects both the personality of its owner and the powerful presence of the surrounding coastal landscape.

More than simply designing an apartment, INSAYN approached the project as the creation of a space capable of transmitting calm, warmth, and emotional balance through interior design.

The concept behind CO.SEA was born from the fusion between “cozy” and “sea” — two ideas that define the atmosphere of the apartment. Warm interior elements blend naturally with ocean-inspired tones and fluid spatial compositions to create a home that feels both intimate and open.

The surrounding sea became one of the main inspirations for the project, influencing the material palette, colors, lighting atmosphere, and emotional identity of the interior. Shades of aqua blue and soft green were carefully combined with natural wood textures to create harmony, freshness, and warmth throughout the apartment.

Light also plays a central role within the design concept. Both natural and artificial lighting were carefully integrated to create evolving atmospheres throughout the day, allowing the apartment to constantly shift in mood and perception, much like the rhythm of the sea itself.

Beyond aesthetics, the project focused on creating a genuine emotional connection between the space and the people living inside it. Every detail was designed to reinforce comfort, authenticity, and wellbeing while maintaining a contemporary and elegant architectural language.

The apartment layout, materials, and spatial transitions were conceived to create fluidity and openness while preserving a strong sense of intimacy and calm.
