Creative Office Interior Design

Andrew Staffing is a modern office interior design project created for a young French company founded in Dublin. From the very beginning, the objective was to design a creative workspace that reflected the company’s energy, values, and evolving identity.

During the first stages of the project, the client expressed a strong desire to transform the office into a more sustainable and people-oriented environment. For INSAYN, this meant rethinking the space entirely while preserving its industrial character.

As Célia Antunez, co-founder and interior designer, explains:

“We decided to completely reinvent the space while keeping its original soul alive — especially the ceilings.”

Andrew Staffing functions as a close and dynamic team where collaboration, informal meetings, and shared moments are an essential part of the company culture. The office interior design was therefore conceived not only as a productive workspace, but also as a place that encourages creativity, wellbeing, and human connection.

Natural materials became a key element of the concept. Wood, vegetation, and warm textures were integrated throughout the office to soften the industrial atmosphere and create a more balanced environment. Every custom furniture piece was developed in collaboration with local craftsmen, reinforcing the project’s handcrafted and authentic identity.

The central feature of the project is the “Infinite Lamp”, a sculptural wooden ceiling structure intertwined with vegetation and lighting elements. This installation creates a strong visual contrast with the raw industrial ceiling while connecting the different areas of the office through one continuous design gesture.

To support moments of relaxation and after-work gatherings, the workspace also includes a bar area, lounge seating, and informal social spaces designed to strengthen team interaction beyond daily work routines.

Touches of orange — the company’s corporate color — were subtly integrated into the walls and details of the project, adding rhythm and personality to the overall office design.
