Andrew staffing
Office
January 19’ to May ’19
Total: 236m2
The project developed for the young company Andrew Staffing, a French company born in Dublin. After a preliminary investigation on corporate energy, many values were expressed by the client.
Célia Antunez, Co-founder and Interior Designer:
”We decided to completely change everything, and destroy as much as we could. Oh no, sorry, we kept the ceilings.”
The client had many projects in mind, and the transformation of the company into a green company seemed a must.
Andrew Staffing is a small family, who like to share moments together, do a lot of activities, have a drink every week.
Michelle Lopez, co-founder, interior designer and architect:
"We needed a space where employees could work in peace and refresh their minds during after-works in their own office."
The first thing that comes to mind is the use of natural materials. The main materials of the project were wood and vegetation. Indeed, a great collaboration with a carpenter was carried out for this project, because each piece of furniture was made of wood.
The masterpiece of this INSAYN project is this ceiling made by wooden structures twisted with plants details in order to create a contrast with the industrial aspect of the actual ceiling.
This masterpiece is called the infinite lamp, because it allows all the lamps to be connected to each other.
To allow employees to share some time together after work, there is a bar on the first floor, with a bench and a sofa area.
As orange is the corporate color of the company, there is partial use on the walls.
