1. Privacy and data protection

INSAYNDESIGN as responsible for insayndesign.com and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-EC), has implemented those technical and organisational policies, means and procedures to ensure and protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data of its users. These data will be processed in a/os/s file duly registered/s in the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation.

The entity responsible for the database, as well as those who intervene at any stage of the processing and/or the entities to whom they have been communicated -where appropriate and under the corresponding authorization granted by the User-, are obliged to observe professional secrecy and to adopt levels of protection and the necessary technical and organisational measures at their disposal to ensure the security of personal data, avoiding, as far as possible, unauthorised access, unlawful modifications, theft and/or loss of data, in order to provide the corresponding level of security to the INSAYNDESIGN files, according to the nature and sensitivity of the data provided by the users of this insayndesign.com. In addition, INSAYNDESIGN undertakes to implement the appropriate security measures in accordance with the Measures Regulations of (R.D. 1720/2007).

Users have recognized by the Organic Law of Data Protection the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition and, where applicable, the right to revoke at any time the consent given to the receipt of commercial communications by sending email to hello@insayndesign.com or letter to Carrer de Joaquin Costa 59, 2º 2ª 08001- Barcelona.

The user acknowledges and accepts that all industrial and intellectual property rights over the contents and/or any other elements inserted by INSAYNDESIGN in this Website (including, but not limited to, all those elements that make up the visual appearance, graphic image and other sensory stimuli of insayndesign.com or “look and feel”: brands, logos, trade names, texts, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, flow diagrams, presentation, navigation architecture, as well as source codes of web pages) belong to INSAYNDESIGN and/or to third parties to whom they have transferred their rights. For such purposes, the Website shall be understood as all those creations incorporated and expressed by INSAYNDESIGN by any means and/or tangible or intangible support, known or to be known, which are protected by the provisions of existing intellectual and industrial property laws.

In no case does access to insayndesign.com imply any kind of permission, waiver, transmission, license or total or partial assignment of such rights by their owners, unless expressly stated otherwise. The present terms and conditions of use of insayndesign.com do not confer on the USERS any other right of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of insayndesign.com and/or its contents other than those expressly provided herein.

The use of such elements, their total or partial reproduction, communication and/or distribution for commercial or lucrative purposes, as well as their modification, alteration, decompilation and/or any other act of exploitation of insayndesign.com.

Without prejudice to all of the foregoing, if the User or a third party believes that any content of insayndesign.com could infringe intellectual and industrial property rights, please so inform us as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to hello@insayndesign.com.
